Privacy controls
Public by choice. Private by default.
Your profile, its evidence and your public views follow the choices you make.
Start privately
Your profile is private until you choose to publish. Review imported information and suggestions before they become part of your professional profile.
Choose visibility section by section
Select which profile sections others can see. An achievement can be public while the documents or repository context behind it remain private.
Your goals and preferences can also remain private. A useful public profile does not require sharing everything in your workspace.
Apply the same public boundary
The public profile, Ask about me answers and machine-readable profile use the information you have approved for public access. Private sources, conversations and internal records are not part of those public views.
Share for a particular purpose
Supported sharing workflows let you choose information for particular recipients. Review what a recipient will see, along with any expiry or access settings, before sharing a link.
Understand what revocation can do
Unpublishing stops future access through Kleoverse. It cannot remove copies another person has already saved. Downloaded resumes and documents are copies, rather than live views of your current settings.
Disconnecting an account stops future synchronization. Removing previously imported information is a separate action; approved profile content may also need to be removed separately.
