Built for what people can actually do.
Kleoverse started in 2021 with a simple belief: people should be discovered for their capabilities, not for how well they fit into a resume.
Proxies, not people.
For decades, opportunity has been built around proxies: titles, degrees, company names, keywords and self-reported profiles. They tell part of the story, but rarely the full reality of someone’s work.
“You should not have to become good at writing resumes to prove you are good at your work.”
Enable anyone, anywhere, to be discovered for what they can actually do and gain access to the opportunities they deserve.
For companies, this points to a different way to find talent: looking for evidence of capability instead of filtering resumes. Company-side discovery is an early pilot today.
Principles
The website and product should feel like the first experience of using Kleoverse: calm, concrete, useful, and controlled by the person.
What Kleoverse is not.
Clear boundaries matter. Kleoverse should never drift into a system that judges people or hides control from them.

Why I’m building Kleoverse
It started with my daughter.
In 2022, I watched my 20-year-old daughter navigate a job market that kept asking her to prove herself through resumes, cover letters, repetitive forms, and systems that knew remarkably little about what she could actually do.
I started ForteAI because I thought the resume was the problem.
I eventually realized the problem was much bigger.
Our professional identities are fragmented across resumes, profiles, portfolios, freelancer platforms, recruitment systems, and closed ecosystems.
Kleoverse is my attempt to change that — one living, user-controlled professional identity grounded in reality and evidence.
The technology has changed. The reason I’m building it hasn’t.
