Company descriptions

Short · 30 words

kleoverse is an evidence-based, user-controlled professional identity. People bring their experience, projects and evidence into one living profile and choose what people and AI systems can see. Now in private beta.

Medium · 80 words

kleoverse is building an evidence-based, user-controlled professional identity for the AI era. Instead of rewriting themselves for every resume, platform and application, people keep one living profile of their experience, projects, capabilities and achievements, with the work and sources behind each claim. Profiles are private by default. People choose what becomes public, share focused views with specific recipients, and publish profiles that both people and AI systems can read accurately. kleoverse is currently in private beta.

Extended · 190 words

kleoverse is building an evidence-based, user-controlled professional identity for the AI era. Its mission is to enable anyone, anywhere, to be discovered for what they can actually do and gain access to the opportunities they deserve.

A person’s professional life is usually scattered across resumes, professional networks, portfolios, freelancer platforms and recruitment systems. kleoverse brings it into one living profile that the person controls. Claims sit beside the work and sources that support them, and the profile distinguishes what is stated, supported or independently verified rather than reducing a person to a score. Profiles are private by default; people choose what to publish and can share focused views with particular recipients. Public profiles are published in formats that both people and AI systems can read.

kleoverse started in 2021 as a Web3 product for professional reputation. Its technology continued through ForteAI, founded by Jan Valkonen in 2022, and following a 2026 ownership change Valkonen began rebuilding kleoverse as it is today. The product is in private beta, with company-side discovery in an early pilot. kleoverse is not a job board, an applicant tracking system or a social network.

Following a 2026 ownership change, he began rebuilding kleoverse around a broader question: how a person’s professional identity can belong to them and be understood accurately by people and AI.

Jan Valkonen is the Founder & CEO of kleoverse, which is building an evidence-based, user-controlled professional identity for the AI era.

He has more than ten years of experience building AI products. He was Head of AI at HiQ, co-founder and CEO of Aisti Analytics, which was acquired in 2019, and founder and CEO of A.SA.P, which he exited.

In 2022 Valkonen founded ForteAI to challenge resume-first hiring. The idea was that people shouldn’t have to keep rewriting themselves for every opportunity. At ForteAI he began building Adaptive Profiles: living professional profiles that evolve with a person and present the parts of their experience that matter in a particular context. He describes the idea as a book of your professional life, where the whole book belongs to you and different readers see the chapters relevant to them.

In 2024 he watched his 20-year-old daughter look for work through job platforms, resumes, cover letters and repeated forms. The experience made the problem personal and showed him it was bigger than the resume: a person’s professional identity is fragmented across many systems, and each new platform asks them to rebuild it.

Following a 2026 ownership change, Valkonen began rebuilding kleoverse, originally launched in 2021 as a Web3 product for professional reputation, as one living, user-controlled professional identity grounded in real work and evidence. He believes AI should help people understand reality, not invent a better version of it.
