Kleros is an Ethereum based autonomous organization that works as a decentralized third party to arbitrate disputes. It relies on game-theoretic incentives to have jurors rule cases correctly. The result is a dispute resolution system that renders ultimate judgments enforced by smart contracts in a fast, inexpensive, transparent, and decentralized way.

What you will do:

We are currently looking for a Developer Relations Intern to help get Kleros tech into the hands of teams, founders, and startups. You will work closely with the Kleros Incubator’s product roadmap, helping to support portfolio projects, develop new initiatives, and raise awareness of the programme. Expect to grow your personal network at lightning speed and pick up some alpha along the way.

Developer Relations is all the buzz these days, so this role is perfect for motivated fresh graduates and students looking to break into web3. This role sits at the intersection between tech, product, and business development, so you’ll get the opportunity to try new things and collaborate between different departments.

The Ethereum ecosystem is innovating quickly; so above all, you will be learning new things all the time.

You can either come to the Lisbon office or work fully remotely.

Join us to build the justice system of the Internet!

  • Help maintain and improve the quality of DevEx (developer experience) for incubator projects, integration partners, and anyone else building with Kleros.
  • Advocate Kleros use cases through external channels such as developer/startup communities, social media, online workshops, in-person events, etc.
  • Assist in championing the Kleros Incubator and attracting new talent to sign up.
  • Work on support tickets from incubator projects.
  • Create high-quality technical content to assist projects to build with and integrate Kleros.
  • Assist in lead generation, outreach, and proposal writing for incubator-related partnerships.
  • Work closely on the planning and execution of Kleros hackathons and other events targeted at developer communities.
  • Experimentation and innovation is at the heart of this role, so you will be expected to contribute your personal insights to the development of the incubator product roadmap and continuous improvement of the DevRel system at Kleros.

  • Intermediate proficiency in web and blockchain technologies: React, ethers.js, Solidity, IPFS, The Graph, + relevant frameworks. (bootcamp, degree, or self-taught, doesn’t matter as long as you can prove skill!)
  • Comfortable working with SDKs and APIs.
  • Ethereum, dApps, and wallets are second nature to you.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and contribute innovative ideas.

Bonus points if:

  • You can bring a decent personal network of your own to the table.
  • You have some experience with technical writing.
  • You have some knowledge of game theory (or are willing to go down this rabbit hole!)
  • You’re located in SEA or East Asia timezone.
  • You have a decent sized social media following or blog reader base.

Want to Apply?
