Uniswap is an automated liquidity provider for swapping, earning, and building on the leading decentralized crypto trading protocol. Uniswap is governed by its community and enables developers to build third-party solutions on top of the protocol.

Description:  add support for native wrapping and unwrapping of stETH <-> wstETH, similar to how to handle native wrapping of ETH <-> wETH.

UX: 
* Display the Wrap button instead of Swap
* Price quotes and Auto Router UI should be hidden
* P1: support on L2 networks
* P2: support on testnets

Scope:  roughly 1 day of engineering work. Don't think we can fit this in December, so leaving open as a good first issue for the community!
